range 0.05mm~1.20mm and width 20-300mm.
Hiperco 50 HS alloy is an iron-cobalt-vanadium soft magnetic alloy
which exhibits high magnetic saturation and a unique combination of
high yield strength and moderate core loss. The alloy contains a
niobium addition for grain refinement during mill processing and
final heat treating to produce higher yield strength than
conventional Hiperco 50(UNS R30005 alloy).

treated. As heat treatment is really very critical for 50HS and
that's where XUNSHI has its strenght.
Hiperco 50 HS alloy strip should be considered a candidate for use
in the manufacture of rotor laminations for aircraft power
generation applications and for magngtic bearings.
These laminations are stamped from cold rolled strip and must be
final annealed in a protective atmosphere or vacuum environment.
